Shipping policy

All items ship via USPS with tracking information (or Globalpost for international orders).

Due to current heavy demand, please allow 2 weeks for shipping on any order containing magnetic pin backs as they need to be printed and then assembled by hand. 

The Bug Box is shipped in batches several times per month; please allow up to 3 weeks, but usually much less, for shipping.

Please allow 1-3 business days for all other items to be packaged before shipping. Actual ship travel times vary depending your selected service, holidays, weather, etc.

For items in pre-production, please refer to the item's page for approximate ship dates.

Orders under $50

For one-time orders under $50 or orders containing any subscription product priced under $50, we offer:

• $4 first-class shipping and $9 Priority shipping within the United States.
• $15 flat-rate international shipping.

Orders $50 and up 

For one-time orders over $50 that do not contain a subscription product under $50, we offer:

• Free first-class or $5 Priority shipping in the US
  
• $15 flat-rate international shipping.
