Refund policy

All sales are final once shipped.

For custom items such as the Ita bag, please refer to the individual product's cancellation policies if you wish to cancel before the item is shipped. Custom items sales are final after shipment. Prepaid items are non-refundable.

Items received damaged may be exchanged for a replacement. Please reach out to us via email within 7 days of receipt, and send the original item back within 14 days.

Cancellations or exchanges may be requested by replying to your order email, or directly emailing lauren@rovinghouse.com.

Cancellation policy for unshipped items:

Orders cancelled are subject to a 5% restocking fee if refunded to your original card. The fee will be waived if you choose a refund as store credit.

Packages returned undeliverable:

The buyer is responsible for entering a correct address at checkout. We are not responsible for lost or misdelivered orders due to an incorrect address being entered.

If your package has an incorrect address and was returned to us, you can choose from the following options:

  • Order a replacement label with a new address for $5
  • Ask us to bundle your returned order with a future order (no cost, but confirm your address with us)
  • Ask for a refund, minus a 10% restocking fee (which will be waived if you choose store credit instead of your original card).
