Refund policy

US and International sales outside the EU:

All sales are final, including prepaid subscriptions. 

Items received damaged or defective may be exchanged for a replacement. Please reach out to us via email within 14 days of receipt, and send the original item back within 7 days of confirmation. Please reach out by replying to your order email, through our store's Inbox (chat button), or via our contact page.

Cancellation policy for unshipped items:

Orders cancelled are subject to a 3% fee to cover our non-refundable processing charges, if refunded to your original card. The fee will be waived if you choose a refund as store credit.

Packages returned undeliverable:

The buyer is responsible for entering a correct address at checkout. We are not responsible for lost or misdelivered orders due to an incorrect address being entered.

If your package has an incorrect address and was returned to us, you can choose from the following options:

  • Order a replacement label with a new address for $5
  • Ask us to bundle your returned order with a future order (no cost, but confirm your address with us)
  • Ask for a refund, minus a 10% restocking fee (which will be waived if you choose store credit instead of your original card).

Please reply to your order email for help. Be sure to include as much information as possible.

European Union:

Custom items and food items such as bagged coffee are non-returnable and non-refundable.

We follow the EU's rules for right of withdrawal. You may request a return within 14 days of delivery on items besides custom items and food items, which are non-returnable and non-refundable.

The buyer is responsible for the costs of returns, including shipping and duty fees, which must be paid in advance. We will not cover return shipping or duties for change-of-heart purchases.
